Hi there. My name is Carol and I work with ACCU. Today, I will be showing you how to go on to the portal and make a payment as we have several options to do so once you are in the portal, you are going to select on my dashboard, you’re going to select, make a payment,
There are two buttons auto draft, one time payment. The one time payment is where you’re going to select. If you slide over to the right, you’re going to see a button that says “Make a payment”.
There will be a box that has agreed to terms and conditions. You will select that. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, it’s going to have two options. The pay by e check is free of charge using a checking account. If you select pay by card, there is a 4.9% charge for using this fee.
Once you have confirmed your account number, the payment details will ask you for the amount you would like to pay. Once you have entered that information, you will see a box that asks you to agree to pay the total amount included. As you can see, there are no fees.
Once you have confirmed your account number, it is going to ask you to enter the payment amount you would like to pay. You will check mark the box to agree to pay the total amount. When you scroll to the bottom of the page, you will select next. When it takes you to the next screen, you will submit your payment from there. If you would like to pay using a credit card, you will select the pay by card button. There. It will ask you to enter your information, your card number, the expiration date, and the security code. Please confirm that the billing is the same as your card. When you get to the bottom, you will select, I agree to pay the total amount and then you will select next and the next screen you will submit your payment. so those are two payment options. Keep in mind, the pay by E check is free of charge. If you pay by credit card, there is a 4.9% fee for this. I hope this has answered all your questions.
