We are prepared to provide you with the same great services that you’ve come to expect from ACCU, Inc.  Our cloud-based technology allows us to provide you the same service in the face of the changing landscape and expert guidance in response to COVID-19.  During this unprecedented time, we want to remind you to take advantage of the online services available through our owner’s portal at portal.accuinc.com.  ACCU, Inc. also utilizes RingCentral and Zoom to be able to have face to face meetings with community members, Board members, and host meetings.  ACCU, Inc. has invested heavily in our technology giving us an advantage during this time where we need to strategically staff members in different locations to spread risk and continue to provide service to our clients.

Paying your assessments through the portal is the fastest and most secure way to send payments. We offer convenient payment methods including all major credit cards, checking accounts or savings accounts. If you haven’t enrolled in online access, it only takes a few minutes. Enroll now

As a policy, our offices will no longer be receiving walk-in clients. However, should you find yourself in need of any assistance that requires an in person visit, please make an appointment in advance.
