I was coming back from our Mountain communities when I took the picture of the lady holding the stop sign for the tumbnail in this video. The video describes some of the hardships regarding the switching of management software providers. As a company it is important that we always try and provide the best technology to our clients for a sucessful relationship. As technology grows in the HOA industry it is becoming apparent clients are wanting the tools offered to provide faster response times, a level of transparancy for both Board and Homeowners and much more. We are always trying to meet those standards, including offering a level of support to our managers that is achieved by using a help desk ticketing style process that is offered by Vantaca.
Our clients have been so understanding and supportive as we transition and learn the new operating system. Changing our entire operations of the company from a software perspective was a monumential undertaking. We have been thankful to both our cleints and our staff for learning this new operating system to manage our covenant controlled communities.
