Property Manager of Community Associations

ACCU Inc. is pleased to have Roxanne Lowrie as a Property Manager of Community Associations. Roxanne is in her ninth year as a Property Manager of Community Associations.  Following eleven years in the insurance industry in Colorado, Roxanne's career change to a Community Manager began in Sarasota, Florida after obtaining a Florida Real Estate License and then the required Florida CAM License.  Being results-driven, Roxanne managed a community that won the CAI's West Coast Chapter 2007 Community Association of the Year Award. 

Roxanne returned to Colorado in 2008 and became a member of the CAI Rocky Mountain Chapter.  She has obtained the CMCA certification and is actively working on obtaining the PCAM certification.  Roxanne's portfolios have included condominium associations, commercial properties, single family homes and developer controlled communities.

When not at work, you will find Roxanne participating in a variety of activities and social functions.  Roxanne's belief is work hard, play hard.  She enjoys living life with flexibility, gratitude, kindness and laughter and you will always find her thinking of ways to help make the other person's life a little easier.
