Apartment & Condominium Concepts Unlimited, Inc. enforces a continuing policy concerning conflict of interest and confidentiality in order to maintain our high standards of professionalism and honesty when conducting business affairs. Any conduct that is illegal or considered improper are prohibited and grounds for dismissal.

Confidentiality Careless handling of information can adversely affect the Company’s reputation. The affairs of the Company and the customers we serve are held in the strictest professional confidence. Under no circumstance is confidential information discussed with anyone not employed by ACCU, Inc.

Unnecessary or careless discussion of confidential information will be cause for immediate dismissal.

In addition, the confidentiality of our Company affairs can not permit employment with any other related firm.

Conflict of Interest Company policy states that employees must refrain from personal issues resulting in conflicts of interest to said policy. Conflicts of interest are, but are not limited to, as follows: situations pertaining towards personal gain, personal interference with contracted ACCU, Inc. business, interest beyond required duties in conducting ACCU, Inc. business or as an ACCU, Inc. adversary.
