JIM CHERNOFF

Jim obtained a University Degree in Finance and Accounting. He also attended the Jones Real estate College and received his Real Estate Broker Associate License.

Prior to entering the residential real estate brokerage industry, Jim was involved in the commercial real estate field. His duties included: brokerage, development, management, and acquisitions. Jim also sold 2 ½ to 40-acre residential land parcels in planned communities and developments.

Jim is a former member of the City of Denver Housing Task Force, where he worked to define and analyze housing needs of low to moderate income populations. He also was a member of Neighborhood Partners Real Estate Committee to acquire affordable housing for low to moderate-income families. He is also a member of the Denver Board of Realtors.

Jim has been with ACCU Properties for more than seven years. When it comes to selling real estate his motto is, “If you don’t ask for it, you probably won’t get it,” which means, he consistently lists and sells properties for more than the competition. Jim’s attention to detail is outstanding, and he is constantly able to anticipate what needs to be done in all phases of a real estate transaction.
