Property Manager

Mary Ficco is one of the recent additions to the seasoned ACCU Inc. staff.  

Mary comes with strong real estate background having many years of property management experience.  Mary has held her real estate brokerage license for over 15 years and regularly attends continuing education courses in the professional management of homeowners associations. One of Mary’s primary goals is to utilize her years of experience in the real estate industry by developing solid homeowners associations and demonstrating the importance of maintaining and increasing  property values. Mary believes that both property managers and board members must have, at the top of their list, the fiscal and physical condition of the community.

From relationships with insurance companies and title companies, to the accurate review of financial reports, screenings, and board reports, Mary facilitates the communications required to work efficiently with homeowners; all delivered with her own brand of expertise and talent.
