Property Manager of Community Associations

Milt Denny is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado and Arizona. He holds a Certified Property Manager designation affiliated with the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Milt has acted as liaison between several entities, sponsoring community development and renovation in Downtown Denver and surrounding neighborhoods.

Milt has over 20 years experience in property management, beginning his career as a Maintenance Supervisor for between 800 and 2500 apartment-condominium units in as many as eight states. Properties served, span wide variety including; assisted housing, fee-managed apartments, REITS, retail centers, office and warehouse space.

Milt joined ACCU, Inc. in 1996, and has added his strong financial and accounting experience, as well as diverse management background to the orgainzation.
