PROPERTY MANAGER

Kimberly joined ACCU, Inc as an Assistant Property Manager after selling a family-owned business.  ACCU, Inc. was one of her company’s oldest clients and her relationship with the firm dates back almost twenty years.  In 2009 Kimberly was selected to manage a master-planned community consisting of a master association and its four sub-associations.

Kimberly enjoys interacting with directors, homeowners and the vast array of support personnel that keep a community “ticking”.  With great support from her colleagues, Kimberly works through the details of community management, recognizing the unique qualities of each association she works with. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Colorado State University and currently attends continuing education courses for industry professionals.

In her free time Kimberly enjoys travel, finding the perfect bottle of red wine and the company of her husband, two college-age kids and a black-and-white cat. On fall weekends you’ll find her at Folsom Field, “shoulder to shoulder” with the Golden Buffaloes.
