Property Manager, CMCA

Jon Hardman was born in Kansas and grew up  in Oklahoma. After completing his education with studies in Industrial Engineering and Business Management, Jon moved to Colorado. For many years, Jon worked in the high tech manufacturing sector for various Fortune 500 companies. He managed divisions of corporations and small companies with profit and loss responsibilities

After returning from South East Asia in 1990, he began a new career in Resort and Property Management. He has held management positions from maintenance to general management in resort areas of Colorado and in Nashville, Tennessee. With a good understanding of construction trades, budgets and being a CMCA he has developed an excellent understanding of Property Management. After working in property management for 17 years, Jon joined ACCU, Inc. in 2007.

Jon's alter ego is that of a cowboy. In his spare time, you can often find him riding one of his horses somewhere in Colorado's backcountry.
