James Phifer graduated from Cherry Creek high School in 1999, and then attended Metro State University.  After college James was hired as the Manager of the Westridge Homeowner Association. In 2004, James accepted a position as the General Manager of the Beauvallon Condominium Association, a luxury high rise community. James oversaw a staff of 8 employees.

James has been an employee of ACCU, Inc. since 2001.  Since accepting a position as a regional property manager, James has taken on a diverse portfolio, giving him experience in new construction, conversion projects,  single family, multi-family and mixed use high-rise associations. 

James was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2008 and is currently holding that position for ACCU Inc.
