Property Manager of Community Associations, CMCA, AMS

Diana has nine years of property management experience and is most capable in coordinating the property management needs of multiple properties she is assigned and has received strong endorsements from numerous developers and HOA board members.

She feels strongly that open and honest communications with the HOA boards and property owners is her strength and listens intently to the issues facing each individual HOA board. She brings a creative approach to solving such issues for her clients and works hard on nurturing long lasting relationships. She guides all property management issues through solid foundation of her extensive work experience and knowledge of governing documents. Diana also is active in continuing her education currently holding CMCA and AMS designations. She is working towards obtaining her PCAM.

Diana has a passion for horses and can be found riding on any given weekend in Colorado. She grew up in Pennsylvania and relocated to Colorado originally for employment with the airline industry.
