Developer Advocate and Transition Specialist for Colorado Homeowner Associations

David Phifer is the founder and President of ACCU, Inc. Mr. Phifer is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and has also received the designation of Certified Apartment Property Supervisor from the National Apartment Management Accreditation Board and Certified Manager of Community Association through Community Association Institute. Additionally, Mr. Phifer is the past President of the Apartment Association of metro Denver, and also the past President of the National Apartment Association.

Prior to founding ACCU, Inc., Mr. Phifer had fifteen years experience in Property Management of multifamily housing. He began his career in Property Management as a Residential Manager in 1964 to supplement his income while attending the University of Minnesota. In 1970, Mr. Phifer was hired by Godwin Bevers Development Corporation in Colorado Springs, Colorado; here Mr. Phifer was in charge of the Multi-Family Housing Divisions. In 1974, Van Shaack and Company employed Mr. Phifer to work in the company's Property Management Division.

In June of 1979, Mr. Phifer undertook the formation of Apartment & Condominium Concepts Unlimited, Inc. feeling that Denver needed a multifamily housing management company which utilized the expertise of many of Denver's most prominent Property Managers and Support Staff. Apartment & Condominium Concepts Unlimited has assimilated one of the finest Property Management Staffs available in the Denver Metropolitan area.

ACCU is a specialist in developer advocacy associations. ACCU's staff has over 100 years of Property Management experience, working with developers on rental properties, conversions and new construction.

ACCU is your full service management company who will deal with a variety of issues including, but not limited to:
