Property Manager of Community Associations
 


Cheryl Witt began her career in property management with Carmel Development Company, managing several multi-family apartment complexes.  She furthered her experience with Sentinel Properties, managing properties in Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, and Aurora.  Cheryl also holds a real estate brokers license and was a sales associate with ReMax Properties in Colorado Springs. A flight attendant with United Airlines for many years, based out of Boston and Denver; she completed several rigorous customer service training programs.  The elite programs have served Cheryl well in her work in the property management field.

Cheryl joined the ACCU, Inc. team in 2006 and currently manages a portfolio of nine properties. Cheryl is a native of Colorado; grew up in Green Mountain and Evergreen.  She currently resides in Parker where she enjoys playing the piano, gardening and cheering on the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies.
