PROPERTY MANAGER

Arthur Caccavale grew up in Chicago and has been fortunate to live in many areas of this country; from Seattle WA to Annapolis MD, Norfolk VA to State College PA and Fort Worth TX.  He now calls Colorado home, residing in Idaho Springs.

Art brings years of management experience to ACCU, Inc. from both the public and private sectors.  His responsibilities have included profit margins, budgets, and business plan development. Art has background experience in commercial real estate and student housing.

Art enjoys spending time with his family and his wonderful granddaughter, Alena.
